As always, the staff is there to help the customer figure out the best way to resolve the their concerns. This time it was a smog issue with monitors that were not clearing. Like most smog issues, it was a bit frustrating because the monitors were holding up the smog and registration on the vehicle. In the end, they were able to get it smog completed and resolve the issue

I am a Ford powerstroke diesel mechanic myself and I purchased a truck for my shop that had work done by All Time. Its a breath of fresh air for me for one to not have a problem with a truck purchased used from a dealer within a few months. I haven't had any issues with the truck other than a broken radiator from the previous owner trying to replace a fan clutch. No missing bolts or fasteners, all wiring was tied up and harness repairs were done very well. It is very complete. Thank you for not cutting corners and leaving me in a great position.
